Refund policy

60-Night Comfort Guarantee

Wear your NimbleSole insoles for up to 60 nights. If they don't make your days on your feet more comfortable, email us at support@nimblesole.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send them back.

Damaged, wrong size or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, in the wrong size, or doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5-10 business days.
