Which size should I pick?

Pick the range that matches your shoe size, then trim along the guide lines on the bottom to fit your shoe exactly. If you're between sizes, size up and trim.

Will they fit my work shoes?

They fit most sneakers, work shoes, boots and non-slip shoes. Take out the original insole first for the best fit.

How do they feel?

Soft cushioning, a contoured arch, and raised nubs under your foot. Most people give them a few days to get used to the nubs.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery to the US usually takes 7-15 business days after that. Shipping is free.

What if they don't work for me?

Wear them for up to 60 nights. If your feet don't feel more comfortable, email us for a full refund. You don't need to send them back.

Can I wash them?

Hand-wash with mild soap and cool water, then air-dry. Don't put them in the dryer.

Why buy more than one pair?

Most people move between work shoes, sneakers and boots. A pair in each saves you swapping them every morning.

Are these a medical product?

No. They're comfort insoles, not a medical device. If you have a foot condition, ask your doctor.
