I have a long, thin neck, so I bought another pillow and my neck was dangling in it, which was not comfortable for me. I decided to try this one and it's much better! It's fluffy, soft, comfortable, and comes with a little bag for folding it up. It fits my long, thin neck perfectly. I'm very satisfied!
Tested on a road trip and the pillow was very comfortable. being able to adjust the fit is great and the carry bag is useful. soft and comfy.

It's pretty good. I've used it for multiple long flights and train rides. It's more comfortable than any air inflated neck pillow i've tried. It is pretty heavy though, about half a kilogram. I do worry about the longevity of the velcro closing straps.
It holds the neck well in all directions. i like the adjustable design.
It arrived well packaged, is soft and beautiful. You can remove the cover for washing. The contact fasteners are quite wide and hold well. And it has a bag to store it in when not in use, excellent.
The item is as described. it is easy to roll up and i like the little carrying bag. i am looking forward to using it. it appears to support my head well, but haven't actually used it yet.

How is it different from a U-shaped pillow?
A U-shaped pillow is open at the front, so when you fall asleep your chin can drop straight through the gap. This one wraps all the way around, and the two ends overlap under your chin, so your head has support in front and on both sides.
Will it fit me?
The hook-and-loop strap adjusts the fit, and it fits most adults. If you have a very slim neck, it can feel a little loose even at its tightest setting.
Can I wash it?
Yes. The cover unzips and comes off the foam. Wash the cover by hand in cool water and let it air-dry. Don't wash the foam.
How small does it pack?
It rolls up into the drawstring bag it comes with, small enough to stuff into a backpack or carry-on.
Can I wear headphones with it?
Earbuds work well. Big over-ear headphones can press against the pillow, so most people use earbuds with it.
Does it work in a car or on a train?
